Cancellation Policy

Venue subscriptions may be cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal where available, or by contacting support@bepis.lol.
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the Stripe subscription state and the customer agreement. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid subscription period unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for unused time in the current paid period. Refund requests are handled under the refund and dispute policy.
If a subscription is unpaid or payment fails, Bepis PTY LTD may restrict billing-related functionality, request updated payment details, or suspend access according to the customer agreement and operational circumstances.
Customers should export any records they need before access ends. Customers may contact support@bepis.lol to request reasonable export or deletion assistance. Some records may be retained after cancellation where required or permitted for legal, audit, backup, dispute, security, or operational reasons.
Ordinary Australian use of the service has no product-specific export restriction. Customers must not use the service in a way that breaches applicable law.
