Bepis PTY LTD (ACN 697 629 208) is a company registered in Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Bepis PTY LTD provides venue operations software and related support services for hospitality operators, including rostering, timesheets, leave and unavailability workflows, payroll-ready exports, and operational reference data.
Subscriptions are billed per venue. Launch subscription pricing is AUD 100 per venue per month unless a written order states otherwise.
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout and Stripe-hosted Customer Portal pages. Bepis PTY LTD does not collect or store card details, bank account details, ABNs, tax IDs, or billing addresses in the app.
Bepis PTY LTD is not GST registered at launch. Amounts are not GST inclusive, and Stripe invoices should not be treated as tax invoices unless Bepis PTY LTD later confirms GST registration and updated invoicing terms in writing.
Subscriptions may be cancelled through the Stripe Customer Portal where available, or by contacting support@bepis.lol. Cancellation stops future renewal, and access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
Customers may export available records from the service while they have access. After cancellation, customers may contact support@bepis.lol to request reasonable export or deletion assistance, subject to lawful retention, backup, security, audit, and dispute-handling requirements.
Customers are responsible for authorised users, the lawfulness and accuracy of information entered into the service, and reviewing rosters, timesheets, approvals, and exports before relying on them for payroll, compliance, or accounting purposes.
The service may use public or licensed reference data, including Fair Work Commission Modern Awards Pay Database material and Victorian public holiday information, to support wage-rate and public-holiday features. Customers remain responsible for checking applicability before using outputs for payroll, compliance, or accounting purposes.
